What we collect
This website has no forms and no sign-up. The only information we hold is what you choose to send us by email: your name, your email address, your company, and whatever you tell us about your infrastructure or your business situation. We also keep notes from conversations that follow.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you, to evaluate your connectivity and infrastructure requirements, and to discuss available options with providers where you have asked us to. That is it. We do not send marketing email to addresses that reached out to us unless you ask to hear from us.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share details with a connectivity provider only where it is necessary to answer a question you have asked, for example checking what service is available at your address, and only to the extent needed to get that answer.
Website data
The site itself does not ask you for anything. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.
Retention and removal
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to an ongoing or likely conversation. You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email info@securusitsolutions.com and we will take care of it.
